Chicken Salad


CHICKEN SALAD
Great Harvest Bread Co. Copycat Recipe 

2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, trimmed
1/2 cup celery, chopped fine
1 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried onion
1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon tarragon
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon seasoning
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Season chicken with salt and pepper and bake until cooked. Cool and chop finely. Mix everything else together and chill until ready to serve. Serves 6-8.
