Kneaders Fruit Smoothie Recipes


Blueberry No. 5 Smoothie:
1 1/2 cup guava juice
1/2 cup pineapple sherbet
1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
1/2 cup blueberries, frozen
1/2 cup strawberries, frozen
1/3 of a ripe banana

If using fresh berries add 1 cup of ice cubes.
Makes 2 (12 oz.) servings

Strawberry Tsunami:
1 1/2 cups cranberry juice
heaping 1/2 cup pineapple sherbet
heaping 1/2 cup non-fat yogurt
1/2 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
1/2 cup peaches, fresh or frozen
If using fresh fruit, add one cup ice cubes

Combine all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth.
Makes two 12 ounce servings.

Going Guava:
1 1/2 cups guava juice
1 cup pineapple sherbet
1/2 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
1/2 cup mango, fresh or frozen
1/3 ripe banana

If using fresh fruit, add one cup of ice cubes.
Combine all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth.
