French Toast with Caramel Syrup



FRENCH TOAST with Caramel Syrup
Kneader's Bakery Restaurant Recipe

Serves 4

Toast:
1 loaf Kneader's Chunky Cinnamon Bread
2 cups whipping cream
2 cups egg or egg substitute

Syrup:
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup whipping cream
1 cup Light Karo Syrup      
                     
Toast: Cut chunky cinnamon into 8 slices.  Mix egg and cream.  Dip the bread slices and grill on a griddle until cooked.

Syrup: Mix all ingredients over medium-high heat until smooth.  Serve warm.
