TURKEY MONTEREY PANINI
Corner Bakery Cafe Copycat Recipe
2 slices sourdough bread (1/2 inch slice)
4 slices provolone cheese
1/2 oz. baby spinach
3 oz. sliced turkey
1/4 cup filling (spinach & artichoke dip)
Butter one side of each slice of sourdough bread from edge to edge. Lay one slice on the counter, butter side facing down. Layer 2 slices of provolone cheese. Spread filling mixture on top of cheese. Pile on spinach. Lay on the turkey slices. Place the remaining 2 slices of cheese on the top. Top with the second slice of bread, butter side up. Place on a panini press and grill until bread is golden brown and the cheese has melted.
